3. Russian Data Protection Law Compliance
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006. All personal data is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation in Yandex Cloud data centers.
4. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, and optional phone number used to sign in or recover access.
- Health-related information: medications, dosages, schedules, intake history, vital readings (blood pressure, glucose, weight, temperature, pulse), mood entries, and journal notes you choose to record.
- Profile information: date of birth, gender, optional emergency contact, and optional profile photo.
- Caregiver data: if you invite caregivers, we may store their Telegram usernames and link them to the notifications you enable.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, and app version to improve stability and crash reporting.
- Usage analytics: aggregated and pseudonymous events to understand feature usage and improve quality.
5. How We Use Your Information
- Provide medication reminders and in-app notifications.
- Track adherence and generate statistics you can view in the app.
- Send notifications to designated caregivers via Telegram only when you opt in and enable specific alerts.
- Synchronize your data across devices you connect to your account.
- Send important service messages about the application.
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Data is stored in encrypted form using infrastructure hosted in Yandex Cloud (Russian Federation), consistent with applicable Russian requirements including Federal Law 152-ФЗ on personal data.
- We use industry-standard protection for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (including AES-256 where applicable).
- On-device storage uses platform secure storage on iOS and Android.
- We do not relocate your personal health data outside the Russian Federation.
7. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share data with advertisers for targeting.
- Telegram caregivers receive only the notifications and minimal context that you explicitly enable in the app.
- Infrastructure providers such as Yandex Cloud process data under agreements that limit use to providing the service.
- We disclose information only where required by applicable law in the Russian Federation.
8. Your Rights
- Access and export your data using in-app export features where available.
- Correct your profile and health entries directly in the application settings.
- Delete your account and associated data using Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion may complete within up to 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Withdraw consent for optional processing where consent is the legal basis.

9. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have received such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
