Frequently asked questions

How do I add a medication?

You can add medications in four ways: manually, by scanning the package barcode, by capturing a prescription document with photo recognition, or by searching the ESKLP Russian medication registry.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Cabinet > Generate PDF Report. You can export your medication history, adherence statistics, vital readings, and journal entries to PDF.

How does the Telegram caregiver feature work?

Invite a family member or caregiver with a six-digit code. They open our Telegram bot, enter the code, and receive notifications when you miss a dose or run low on medication—only for alerts you enable. You control what they see.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. Data is stored encrypted on Yandex Cloud servers located in Russia, aligned with Russian personal data law (152-ФЗ). We do not share your data with third parties without explicit consent.

How do I delete my account?

Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes your data from our servers within up to 30 days, subject to legal retention rules.

Does the app work offline?

Core features work offline: medication reminders, logging intake, journal entries, and viewing history. A network connection is required for AI descriptions of medications, in-app AI assistance, photo recognition, ESKLP search, and Telegram notifications.

What happens if I miss a dose?

The dose is marked as missed in your history. If caregiver notifications are enabled, they receive a Telegram message. You can still mark a dose as taken later if you took it without opening the app.

Is the app available outside Russia?

The app is optimized for users in Russia, with integration to Russian pharmacies and the ESKLP registry. Availability elsewhere may be limited.
